Authorization for data processing

Information, to inform the holders of data on news, products, services and special offers, for the development of activities related to telephone services, collections or others of a similar nature. Allowing you to transfer or transmit the data or partial or total information to its subsidiaries, businesses, companies and / or affiliated entities and strategic or commercial allies that operate or not in another jurisdiction or Colombian territory. THE CUSTOMER By consenting to any of the contracts that are perfected when making transactions in www.infinitekparis.com/us-en, declares under the severity of the oath, that their income comes from lawful activities, that is not registered negative in national or international asset laundering prevention listings, which is not within one of the two categories of asset laundering (conversion or movement) and that, consequently, is obliged to respond to INFINITEK PARIS LLC; for all damages that may occur as a result of this claim. In the same sense, it will respond to third parties. It also declares that its conduct is in accordance with the law and ethics and, consequently, it is obliged to implement measures to prevent its operations from being used with or without its consent and knowledge as instruments for concealment, management, investment or use in any form of money or other property derived from criminal activities, or to give appearance of legality to these activities. In the same sense, it undertakes to act within the current legal framework in Colombia, complying with all the procedures, procedures and obligations contemplated in the Law and other pertinent norms and any evidence that these principles are not met or may be in force. The interdict will be sufficient cause to resolve, at the discretion of the Party complied with, the Contract that results from its acceptance.
