When will the order be sent?

This is the following process:

1. Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.
2. Order processing.
• The processing can take from 1 to 2 business days (orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the following.
business day). Processing and shipping time do not include weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping.
• The package will be shipped to the address registered in the purchase.
• You will receive an email notification of the shipment with a tracking number.

• Standard Shipping – 3 to 6 business days.

Remember that the value of the shipment varies according to your location.

*Especial days like holidays or discounts. The order will be delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

In some cases, the operator takes from 1 to 2 business days to record the status of your shipment. If the tracking number is not updated or does not work, please send an email to support.usa@infinitekparis.com and we will give you the information.

How can you edit your shipping address?

If you want to change the address, send an email to support.usa@infinitekparis.com, to make this change you have 5 days maximum.

Shipping costs?

• Standard (3 – 7 business days): $6 USD – The shipping cost is not included in the price.

Delivery times

The order is delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the day we shipped the order. To obtain delivery information, please read the tracking information that is in the purchase confirmation email. International deliveries

Currently, the products can only be process and ship to the United States, Mexico, and Colombia. We thank you for your understanding.

Where can you buy Infinitek Paris products?

On our website www.infinitekparis.com/us-en, our website is the only distribution channel authorized to sell our products in Colombia, Mexico, and the United States. We do not have physical stores, alliances, or agreements with beauty centers or third parties. For this reason, we are not responsible for non-compliance with purchases made by other means than those previously explained.

Return Policy

Money Refund:

Purchases made at Infinitekparis.com/eng, may be returned within 30 days of purchase by sending an email at support.usa@infinitekparis.com. Please write in the email, your case and write the following information below:

  1. Full name.
  2. Account number.
  3. Name of the account holder.
  4. Name of your Bank.
  5. ID – Identification Card.
  6. Routing number.

Discomfort

We are committed to offer customers the best products. If you feel that the products received do not meet your expectations (different reasons for a defect in the products, or incomplete or incorrect delivery), you may return them if they are unopened or gently used the next 3 days after you receive the products.

* If the products listed in the invoice are not the same that you received, you must notify us immediately by writing to support.usa@infinitekparis.com or +1 (786) 233 6429.

Write an email to support.usa@infinitekparis.com with the order´s number and the description of the products. We will provide you the instructions for your return package. Infinitek Paris supervises the return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a receipt.

We will return the full price of the products within 30 business days of the date of the confirmation. Refunds will only be made to the original credit card used. A notification email will be sent to the customer once the refund has been made and the return has been processed.

Products purchased at www.infinitekparis.com/us-en, can be returned for a refund or product change. We do not accept items purchased at another retail store, empty jars or jars filled with another product. The customer is responsible for personal damages to the product. If the product has been, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. Discount products do not apply for a refund. Please do not forget that for any claim or disagreement, you must keep the product in the original shipping box and the products in good condition.
