Skin Cycling is an ideal kit to restore your skin’s natural barrier by following a well-known trend in the world of skincare called Skin Cycling. This trend involves a 4-night process in which active products with active ingredients are alternated on the skin to improve its texture, even out the skin tone, and hydrate it.

How does it work?

During Skin Cycling, active ingredients should be alternated with rest days to make the skin appear firmer, stronger, and more luminous.

Night 1 – Exfoliation. During this night, the skin should be exfoliated with a chemical exfoliant based on AHAs or BHAs.

Night 2 – Retinol. After removing makeup and cleaning the skin, a small amount of Retinol should be applied and left to act overnight.

Night 3 and 4 – Hydration and recovery. During these nights, the skin should be given a break and sealed after cleansing with a moisturizer. Every day, sunscreen should be applied to protect the skin.

How to use

Night 1 Crystal Rose Serum. After cleansing, apply 4-6 drops to the face, neck, and décolletage, gently patting from the inside out until absorbed. Avoid the mouth and eye area.

Night 2 Retinol Moisturizing Cream. Apply to the face, neck, and décolletage, gently patting, starting from the inside of the face and extending outward. If it’s your first time using Retinol, we recommend applying it gradually.

Night 3 and 4 Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Apply 4-6 drops to the face, neck, and décolletage, in the same way as the Vitamin C application, and let it absorb. Every day, sunscreen should be applied to protect the skin.
